All it takes is a little of your time (10 - 15 minutes initially to put down your “batch” of wine, and about 30 - 45 minutes (per batch) when you return to bottle your personalized-to-taste vintage.

Serving the Right Wine:

- Consider the time of day, occasion, people, place, food etc.
- Match the body of the wine with the foods
- Serve high tannin wines with chewy foods
- Serve light whites wines with light foods and full-bodied wines with heavier foods
- Serve sweet wines with sweet foods (wine should be sweeter)
- Sweet wines also go well with salty foods
- Serve wines at the proper temperature (whites chilled and, yes, it’s OK to chill a red if you like it that way.  Normally reds are served at room temmperature and best decanted

To ensure you have the perfect day, Mosto Vinho would like to share some important wine planning information with you and your family:

- If you are having wine with dinner, ensure you have a Special Occasion Permit from the LCBO,
- Dinner wines should be ordered 3 – 6 months in advance to ensure they are at their peak bouquet.
- Bombonieres (souvenir favours) wines should be ordered 6 – 8 weeks in advance.
